re: General Membership Voting Ballot and Call for Awards’ Nominations
Dear WSV members in good standing,
In accordance with our Basic Statutes of Incorporation (paragraph 8), I am taking the opportunity to announce by email, fax, and website the voting of all members in good standing on the establishment of a new award called the “Beniamin Mendelsohn Young Scholars’ Award” as recently recommended by the Executive Committee.
Additionally, I would like to ask for each member in good standing to consider making one nomination for each of the four awards

June 9, 2009: Message from the General Secretary
Dear Fellow WSV Members,
On Thursday August 27 2009 a Membership Meeting will take place at the upcoming symposium in Mito, Japan. The meeting will begin at 16:30 and will be held in the Auditorium in the H-Building. All WSV members are welcome to join us at this meeting. At that time the newly elected Executive Committee will be presented to the members. If there are any items that you would like to see on the agenda for that meeting, you are invited to contact me.
